I suffered yesterday from anxiety that felt acute. For those who suffer from hearing voices or bad thoughts in your head, this exercise has helped.
Say, LORD, HELP ME TO PONDER IN MY HEART ALL THE GOOD THINGS YOU DO FOR ME. Then, write about all the good things in your life. Here’s mine from last night.
He supports me. He works hard, and like St Joseph, he listens to me clearly and is absorbed with what I say. He walks with me. He prays the Divine Mercy Chaplet with me. He cooks our meals every day. He washes our clothes. He cleans the house. He cleans the fans. He cleans the windows. He washes the dishes. He takes care of himself. He takes care of the car. He makes me laugh. He asks me to make his breakfasts. He cooks lunches. He gets up in the morning and cooks rice for my daughter. He says, “I love you” to me. He bicycles. He does his exercise. . .
I continue to write until there is no more to write and I have only the good thoughts in my head.
My priority is to offer free education (something that may help), through the Catholic faith, to others suffering from mental illness, depression, and anxiety.

Basically, when you are troubled in a relationship, put positive thoughts to counteract in your head.
