ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Veronica Kung immigrated from Hong Kong to the United States. She arrived in Pasadena, California, in 1988. Since 1992, she was diagnosed with incurable mental illness. She was in and out of treatment during her college years and finally attained her bachelor’s degree in 1999 (11 years). She went on to pursue her master’s degree and graduated in 2007. During all these years, she intermittently wrote in her journal and pursued writing as a hobby. With encouragement from her mother and sister, she published her first book, Random Thoughts, in 2019.
